Speaking IELTS part 2 & 3

Well, I think integrity is one of the most obvious evidence of a professional person. And today, I really wanna talk about my former line manager, who stroke me as a really adorable model of professionalism. He is the person I admire so much for his valuable lessons about the impact of integrity in career success.

I often reminisce about good old days when I and him worked together in our prestigious

company, which left a lasting impression on me about a professional working environment.

I remember he was always true to his promises. Once he said something, he would try his best to implement it regardless of difficulties he might encounter. It was this reason that both superiors and inferiors always trusted him. Furthermore, he was modest about his achievements and competence. We could barely see any situations he showed off his reached goals. Or if a project or a job was beyond his area of expertise, he was not afraid to admit that, but immediately asked for help and was always willing to learn from others.

He often told us that integrity at works meant respect to others, and we could together create a culture of mutual respect by being reliable and modest. This lesson has been in my mind from then on.

Tôi nghĩ tính chính trực chính là một trong những biểu hiện rõ ràng nhất của một người có tính chuyên nghiệp. Hôm nay tôi muốn mô tả về giám đốc cũ của tôi, người mà tôi thường xem như là tấm gương sáng về sự chuyên nghiệp. Anh ý là người tôi rất thần tượng vì những bài học giá trị về sự ảnh hưởng của tính chính trực trong sự thành công của sự nghiệp. 

Tôi tưởng nhớ về ngày tôi và anh cùng làm chung với nhau trong một công ty lớn, nơi thường để lại ấn tượng sâu sắc với tôi với một môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp. Tôi nhớ anh ý lúc nào cũng giữ lời hứa. Chỉ cần anh ý đã nói, chắc chắn anh ý sẽ cố gắng hết sức để thực hiện dù cho anh gặp phải những khó khăn gì. Chính vì lí do này mà của bề trên lẫn cấp dưới đều rất tin tưởng anh. Thêm vào nữa, anh cũng rất khiêm tốn với những gì mình làm được cũng như khả năng của mình. Chúng tôi hiếm khi thấy anh khoe khoang về những thành tích của bản thân. Hay khi một công việc hoặc dự án nào đó vượt qua khả năng của mình, anh chẳng ngại ngần chia sẻ và sẵn sàng nhờ mọi người giúp đỡ hoặc học hỏi thêm từ người khác. 

Anh thường nói với chúng tôi rằng chính trực trong công việc có nghĩa là tôn trọng người khác và từ đó chúng tôi có thể tạo nên một môi trường làm việc đầy sự tôn trọng lẫn nhau bằng việc luôn chính trực và từ tốn. Bài học này luôn ở trong tâm chí tôi cho đến tận bây giờ. 

Chắc chắn tôi rất muốn chia sẻ ý tưởng này với những người trẻ mới bắt đầu bước vào môi trường làm việc vì tôi tin rằng điều này có thể giúp họ trở nên chuyên nghiệp hơn.
