interpreter.
To my knowledge, an interpreter is someone who is fluent in at least two languages. It is their job to help people communicate with one another, even though they do not have a common language by converting from one language into another. My aunt told me about her job which is an interpreter and I extremely admired her, then I deeply desire to step into her shoes and climb to the top of the career ladder in the future.
To me, interpreter is an amazing job for several reasons. Initially, it is quite a well-paid job because the salary would be enough to support myself and my family on daily basis. Moreover, this job brings me an immense amount of job satisfaction which makes me happy all day. I can get out of being stuck in a rut and the dead-end job as an office worker. Finally, the quality is the one to explain why this job is attracting. As long as I have degree and experience, I would have a chance of being called for an interview, then get a full-time job with a competitive salary and promotion. I would be my own boss when I’m at work.
All in all, this is an ideal job that I always think about and I know I need to burn the midnight oil and be ready to cross the bridge when it comes to in order to achieve my goal.

1. Do you think job satisfaction is more important than salary when choosing a job?
Actually, I think we need to balance between job satisfaction and the deal we get because of some reasons. The job satisfaction gives us motivation to work harder and makes us happy all day. Besides, a decent wage can help us support ourselves and also our family.

2. What skills do you think are needed to get a job nowadays?
Obviously in the modern world, the employees need to be equipped with many different skills before seeking a stable job. Firstly, they should learn a foreign language especially English to communicate with foreigners, write emails because most companies now are international cooperate companies. Secondly, the interaction skill with co-workers is also essential, thanks to it, the experience and knowledge will be exchanged frequently, which enhance the quality of work at workplace.

3. Do you think women should be able to do all the same jobs that men do?
From my perspective, because of different physical strength and family commitments, women tend to do different jobs from men. They would choose stable jobs such as teachers, accountant so that they have more free time to take care of their families. Only some of them are fascinated by jobs that involve lots of traveling and meeting new people.

Moreover, technology can connect workers in different countries, which creates more multi-national companies. These companies would cooperate to develop the worldwide economy.

5. What is the difference between white-collar and blue-collar jobs?
Obviously, there is a gap between blue collar and white-collar jobs. Basically, blue-collar jobs are the jobs whereby the person performing the job does manual labor and gets an hourly or daily wage, based on the performance of their work. By contrast, white-collar jobs are the jobs that people do clerical work in an office and are offered a fixed salary monthly.
