Speaking IELTS part 2 & 3

I’m going to talk about a dog which is extremely interesting and important to me. 

My dog has a double coat: the undercoat is soft while the outer one is coarse and water- proof. Also, his coat has two colors, black and white. Actually, I’m his foster mother because he was a stray dog. I still remember vividly the time almost a year ago, I found him intriguing. He was very smart, reacted everything quickly even he seemed to be very hungry and tired. I decided to give him some food and brought him home, then he becomes my best friend until now. 

To me, he is the most interesting animal in the whole world. Firstly, he is so smart that I can teach him how to fetch. Surprisingly enough, he successfully chases and retrieves the object after I toss it for the second time. Secondly, he is also friendly to everyone, especially children. Whenever someone visits my house, instead of barking, he welcomes them by licking their feet. Finally, he plays a vital role in my life, which helps me improve my mood. I can go for a walk with him around the park at the weekends or even talk with him when I feel down in the dumps.

1.   What are the main environmental problems in your country?

There are many environmental issues which are happening now. Initially, the overuse of private vehicles like motorbikes or cars emits a huge amount of gas into the atmosphere, which causes greenhouse phenomenon. Secondly, a  lot  of  wildlife is  on  the edge of extinction because of people’s hunting. This creates a bad image for the natural world.

Có rất nhiều vấn đề về môi trường đang xảy ra. Đầu tiên, việc sử dụng phương tiện cá nhân quá mức như xe máy hay ô tô thải ra một lượng lớn khí gas ra bầu khí quyển, gây ra hiện tượng nhà kính. Thứ hai, rất nhiều loài động thực vật hoang dã đang trên bờ vực tuyệt chủng do bị con người săn bắn. Điều này tạo ra hình ảnh xấu cho thế giới tự nhiên. 

2.   Why should people be concerned about the environment?

Definitely human being needs to protect the environment because it is the habitat that they’ve been living in and leaning on. If not, they cannot know how destructive mother nature can be.

Tất nhiên loài người cần phải bảo vệ môi trường bởi vì đó là môi trường sống họ đang sinh sống và phụ thuộc vào. Nếu không, họ không thể biết được mẹ thiên nhiên có thể có sức phá hủy như thế nào.

3.   How can people protect the environment? 

The first measure to mitigate the problems about environment is to encourage people to use more public modes of transportation. This would help minimize the gas emission coming from the vehicles. Furthermore, stopping chopping down trees and hunting are really essential to save the ecosystem balance.

Biện pháp đầu tiên để giải quyết các vấn đề về môi trường là khuyến khích mọi người sử dụng phương tiện công cộng nhiều hơn. Điều này sẽ giúp giảm thiểu khí gas thải ra từ phương tiện đi lại. Hơn nữa, việc dừng chặt phá cây và săn bắn thật sự cần thiết để bảo vệ sự cân bằng sinh thái. 

4.   Do you think money should be spent on protecting animals?

Personally only a part of national budget should be spent of saving animals to maintain the ecosystem balance. By contrast, the rest of the money should be charged for many other social benefits like education or medical healthcare.

Theo tôi, chỉ một phần của ngân sách nhà nước nên được chi cho bảo vệ động vật để giúp duy trì hệ cân bằng sinh thái. Ngược lại, phần còn lại nên được chi trả cho nhiều lợi ích xã hội khác như giáo dục hay chăm sóc y tế.  

Honestly our government has made great efforts to maintain our national beauty. However, they can set more trash bins in public tourist trap. Moreover, more programs of public education about protecting natural habitat can be organized to raise people’s awareness of environment.

Thành thật mà nói, chính phủ đã nỗ lực rất nhiều để duy trì vẻ đẹp quốc gia. Tuy nhiên, họ có thể để thêm thùng rác ở những điểm hấp dẫn khách du lịch hơn nữa. Thêm vào đó, nhiều chương  trình  giáo  dục  cộng  đồng  về  bảo  vệ  môi  trường  tự  nhiên  có  thể  được  tổ  chức  để nâng cao nhận thức của mội người.

Actually, I’m his mẹ nuôi because he was a chó hoang. I still remember vividly the time almost a year ago, I found him thu hút. He was very thông minh, reacted everything quickly even he seemed to be very hungry and tired. I decided to give him some food and brought him home, then he becomes my best friend until now.

Tôi sẽ kể về một con chó rất thú vị và quan trọng đối với tôi. 

Con chó của tôi có hai lớp lông, lớp lông bên dưới thì mềm, còn lớp lông bên trên thì thô ráp, xù xì và không thấm nước. Và lớp lông của nó có hai màu, trắng và đen. Thật ra, tôi là mẹ nuôi của nó, vì nó là một con chó hoang. Tôi vẫn nhớ như in quãng thời gian một năm trước, tôi nhận thấy nó rất thu hút. Nó rất thông minh, phản ứng mau lẹ với mọi thứ ngay cả khi nó trông có vẻ rất mệt mỏi và đói. Tôi quyết định cho nó chút đồ ăn và đưa nó về nhà. Và nó đã trở thành bạn tốt của tôi từ đó đến nay. 

Đối với tôi, nó là con vật thú vị trên đời. Đầu tiên, nó rất thông minh đến nỗi tôi chó thể dạy nó chơi trò đuổi theo đồ vật và tha về. Thật ngạc nhiên là nó có thể đuổi theo và đem đồ vật tôi ném về trong vài giây. Thứ hai, nó rất thân thiện với moi người đặc biệt là trẻ em. Bất kỳ khi nào có người nào đến chơi nhà tôi, thay vì sủa lớn, nó đều chào đón mọi người bằng cách liếm chân họ. Cuối cùng, nó đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc giúp tôi trở nên vui vẻ hơn. Tôi có thể đi bộ với nó trong công viên vào cuối tuần hay thậm chí nói chuyện với nó khi tôi cảm thấy buồn.
