1. Do you often feel bored?
Well, to be honest, I am an introvert, sensitive and thoughtful person. So, only an unexpected situation or just a mishap from outside can easily affect my mood and make me feel sad and bored.
2. Why do you feel bored?
It’s hard to tell, but mostly because of the relationships with others. For example, whenever I have a quarrel with my boyfriend, I really feel down and cannot concentrate on anything. Sometimes, changes in weather can also affect my mood and make me feel depressed.
3. What would you do to get out of boring status?
I find that going shopping can be a bit of retail therapy when I am down in the dumps or I get bored. And this usually does the trick at the time and it can cheer me up, boost my mood and make me feel better.
4. How can the boring emotion affect you?
When feeling a bit miserable or bored, I can hardly focus on anything, which is really awful because my job requires a lot of concentration and attention. But I think I can learn how to control the emotion to balance my life.
